Metro Manila delivery: Please expect delivery arrival between 6 to 24 hours once order has been placed. We are considering the possible delays and traffic that may occur. You will be notified once delivery is on its way to you.
Provincial and outside Metro Manila: Please expect delivery arrival between 24 hours to 72 hours once order has been placed. We are considering the possible delays and traffic that may occur. You will be notified once delivery is on its way to you.
• place an order, and we will deliver your purchased items within 24 hours.
• If your item is not delivered within 24 hours, your purchase cost will be slashed off to 50%
• Out of control conditions such as heavy rains and natural calamities or road obstructions, we will inform you beforehand about such situations and so please expect possible delivery delays. But rest assured purchase orders be delivered to you.

Outside Quezon City, within Metro Manila: P75

Return & Refund
There is no refund if deliveries are scheduled on time. Only deliveries that exceed a few hours AFTER the expected delivery time can only be refunded. Refunds, if then, are only permitted if there are damages or perished items. There is absolutely no exchange of items once order has been processed.
Return of items are only allowed upon the first hour after delivery has been made, and if the particular item(s) is broken or perished.
